What is this specific shirt and/or dress style called?
Sort of like a tunic, but loose and flowing top that drapes over a fitted waist, loose and flowing bottom. Similar to this:

But the fitted part actually sits at the waist, and the loose fabric on top drapes over. Or, is it just a drop waist shirt like this:

with the dropped waist worn at the true waist line?
If I knew what the style was called I might be able to find better examples of what I'm talking about. But then, I wouldn't be asking this question in the first place.
It appears to me to be you're looking at the Grecian style. Oftentime, there's more wraps and twists than drapes...it really just depends on the designer. But you sound like you're describing the stylized toga that marks Grecian style. It's very lovely and flattering on a wide range of figure types, too!
