Maternity pants?
I'm 2 months pregnant due july 29th and so far all I have found that fit me are light weight slacks for this pregnancy. I know my size 18 pants wont fit much longer so I'm kinda stressing because I have gone everywhere and the maternity pants that I find aren't even comfortable. HELP!!!!

Hey there. I'm a little farther along than you but....I too was wearing a size 18 before pregnancy. Trust me, A LOT of the maternity pants out there are NOT comfortable because they're made for smaller girls. I bought a couple from wal mart at first. The band part (the elastic part at the top) was only like a few inches tall and although they fit, they were CONSTANTLY falling down for some reason. At first I thought it was just because I wasn't showing enough. But now I'm showing plenty and they still fall down all the time. I finally agreed to pay a little more and go to a real maternity store to look (I needed a couple bras too and they're hard to find in my size too...like 46E). So I went to Motherhood Maternity in the mall. The clerk was VERY helpful. She said that all the under-belly and mid-belly pants out there are made for the "younger" girls that are REALLY into fashion and all that. She said what works better for bigger girls are the pants that go over like the whole belly (well really only like half). A lot of them have that scoop looking part of cloth in the front that looks really ugly but honestly most of your shirts will cover that part. I couldn't believe how much more comfortable they were. I love them. They had a couple different sizes and I tried all of them on, making sure I still had room to grow and they felt good. I was so relieved to find them, even if they were a little more. Still only like $27 I think. Besides those, I bought a few of those sweatsuit outfits (but like velour or whatever not the actual sweatpants) because I think they're still cute and stretchy. I do have a few pairs of work pants that I bought big last year that used to fall down but they were on sale and all the store had so those have come in handy but are actually getting a little tight now (size 22). I like the sweatpants style things though because I can wear those after for sure. Email me for any more questions I know this is getting long!!
