I am very thankful for my family buying me maternity, but?
My family has been very generous with buying me some maternity clothes, and I very much appreciate it. The thing is, they have been buying me Capri's and other summer clothes. I'm barely showing right now, and though the the clothes fit right now, I know I'll be wearing them throughout my pregnancy. With it being the middle of September, and me being due in March, the main part of my pregnancy is during the winter.
My question is, how do I mention that while I really appreciate them helping me out, when it starts to get colder and snow, Capri's and shorts really won't be the best choice? I'd rather have regular jeans and slacks. I don't want to come off sounding greedy, or unappreciative, I just don't want them wasting their money on something I can only wear for another month or so.
Just tell them when they buy you maternity clothes what you would prefer them to buy since you will be pregnant mostly in the winter anyway.
