Burden On Little Shoulders Of Arjun Tendulkar
Many a times it is believed that a son has to bear the fruit of his father's failures. But what about those sons who have to bear the fruit of their father's success! Shocked? Yes, this kind of situation is faced by all the children of ultra successful parents who are a legend in themselves. Children of such personalities find themselves pressed under the burden of huge expectations. They are excepted to fill in the shoes left by their fathers. So was the case with Abhishek Bachchan. So was the case with Rohan Gavaskar and so is the case with Arjun Tendulkar.
Arjun Tendulkar, the 10 year old of Sachin Tendulkar is already being touted as the next master blaster for the Indian cricket team in few years. One could witness this speculation through the wide media coverage given to Arjun's first ever cricketing debut made in U-13 Cadency Trophy held in January this year.
Arjun have shown keen interest in cricket and follow his father's matches religiously. He is also inclined towards badminton. In fact he gets coaching for both cricket and badminton by famous coaches like Chandu Bhatkar and Jagdish Chavan [at MIG club]. Both the parents Sachin and Anjali want their son to excel in cricket just like Sachin.
But that question can be decided only over time when Arjun Tendulkar comes of age and decide for himself! Till then the young kid can revel in his childhood and enjoy his passions to the fullest! Who Knows what turn life would take for him!
