Comfort during pregnancy is something that is more valuable than anything for the health of you and your baby and the nighttime is often the time a mommy-to-be dreads because of the lack of comfort she feels as she tosses and turns. You may want to try a long, body-size pillow or you may want to try a couple small bed-size pillows. Test out different pillows and different positions until you find the right one. A Refillable Water Bottle
Staying hydrated during pregnancy is one of the most important things you need to remember, but sometimes drinking your 8-10 glasses of water is hard to remember throughout the day. Invest in a refillable water bottle and keep it with you at all times.
